Replies brinxster Posted at 5:33 pm on Mar. 12, 2013 If you're circumcised you are recommended to use lubricant of some sort, either a commercial lubricant, lotion or saliva at least. If you don't you are prone to get rashes, sores, blisters, etc... which are very painful on such a sensitive organ. No, I mean theres not really any friction, at least for me. When I tug, Im pulling the skin up and down, rather than rubbing the actual skin like a vagina would.
