I smoked twice yesterday and once  a day for a week before that. I smoked just now and smoked during my lunch break at school. I'll cut back later but at the moment I might be slightly mentally addicted.

I can stop at will (withdrawal is light) though, so in the more common sense of the word I probably wouldn't be considered addicted.
