I need to write this due to the fact of your health. If you like me like Nitrous the sweet air.   This is for those who do alot of nitrous like 300 canisters a week. If you do alot take Vitamin B12. I was reading that it reduces Vitamin B12 build ups. Which will mess up your walking and stuff.
