Gays get a hugely bad rep though, and outta the list they're the only ones that can't do anything about it. I chose alcoholism but I think self-injury ties in with it, depression goes with both, along with being powerless but to destroy yourself. There's no basis for comparison so you can't really say any one disorder (+ being gay and being from the hood o.O) is harder to deal with than the others.
