You CAN get a sugar high, but obviously it's nothing like the high you get off a drug. And you could only die if your heart rate increased so much because of the sugar or if your blood pressure dropped so much because of the salt. But, that's pretty extreme and i'm not sure you could sniff that much sugar/salt.
