When I was 14 I ODed on Prozac and my mom forced me to drink Ipecac. Then we went to the hospital and they made me drink charcoal... fucking disgusting. I'm sooo lucky I didn't get serotonin syndrome though (in fact I've been very lucky in regards to this throughout my life... something tells me my luck is wearing thin though). greatescape Posted at 1:12 pm on Nov. 27, 2008 It is extremely difficult to OD fatally on SSRI's.  It takes an extremely high dose.  However you do risk developing serotonin syndrome by taking too high of a dose.
