You have to possess it to smoke it. A durrrrrr.
Yes. But what I'm saying is smoking it isn't illegal. Possessing it is. Say you're with a friend, he's got the weed, you smoke with him, walk home. XD if they ask you about it you can admit "yeah I smoked" but t hey can't do anything. It's not illegal unless you were like driving or making a nuisance of yourself in public. |

Wow, good luck with that. You'll be too fried to get off your ass and join the military anyway.
No I won't XD I don't smoke ALL the time, usually just at night. And I'm a really good student and have somewhat of a social life (I'm not much of a social person anyways) and like...yeah I'm not a lazyass and jsut cuz you smoke doesn't mean you'll become someone who does nothing like those Above the Influence commercials. That's bullshit. |

Technically it's illegal to by under the influence of a substance, but it would be a violation of your rights to test you if you're not under suspicion of breaking another law.
You have a source for that? I've heard of human containers with MIPs, but that's only for alcohol, and every legal source I've talked to has confirmed that being under the influence is perfectly legal as US law only speaks to possession of controlled substances (outside of specific circumstances, such as when you're behind the wheel of a car).
I suppose it's really just a moot point, as they can't really test you if you haven't done anything wrong. |

or, if you lived in the UK, like me, you wouldn't give a shit, as the police hear don't care unless you're blatently smoking in front of them, which is why i generally carry my bong, my pipe, skins and weed to college most days :D it must really suck to be american sometimes:P |

You're going into the military, but your signature is anti-war? Fuck the what?
Yeah. I don't agree with war, I'd rather we not fight. But it's going to happen, and the military is going to pay for my college. |
