I only took one and was 15mg. I feel like it barely had any effect at all. I felt vaguely more concentrated - but  not much so it could be unrelated or just a placebo effect. I know i didn't take much but since i have never taken it before, it should have some effect. I took another at about 4 30 and still nothing... It's supposed to suppress your appetite. I had a bagel for breakfast before i took it (which was at about 8 30) and was hungry by about 10 30. It kinda felt like i had the munchies. So yeah, weird. Why didn't it have an effect on me?

I don't abuse it on a day to day basis. I don't use it to be better than everyone else. It's not the same as taking steroids if you take it for fun rather than to get an advantage in school or something like that. I had never taken it before today and i wanted to see what it was like (and my friend who has ADD gave it to me). I didn't take it to get an unfair advantage. That's not true. It's supposed to make you concentrate even if you don't have ADD. Why do you think teenagers abuse it so much when they take exams? People take it before the ACT and SATs all the time. And i have been around my friends when they have snorted a lot of it. They talked A LOT. And they were very concentrated on what they did. If it was supposed to have the opposite effect they would not have been so concentrated because snorting it means you get more out of it, and they snorted a lot. So if it was supposed to have the opposite effect taking that much they would not get a placebo effect that made them concentrate i.e. taking a lot would cause the real affect to cancel out any placebo effect. nullPointerException Posted at 5:28 pm on Dec. 2, 2008 adderal works for kids with add because they have a polar chemical imbalance (forget which chemical it is), it should have the opposite effect on anyone without add. so no it should not have made yopu concentrate at all, it should have made it hard for you to concentrate. all you experienced was a placebo effect.
