Apparently he drank a family size bottle of cough syrup and a regular one - and he's not that big of a guy. He wasn't in school today and another friend of mine said he was sleeping and drinking as much water as he could at his brother's apartment all day. Apparently he blew his nose last night and it was just straight up like blood.

You're right... he is an idiot. Yeah one of my friends asked if it was from the other stuff in cough syrup and the one who told us just said it was from the DXM.
