This does not pertain to addicts who survive off a substance, we all know their lives are fucked and their choices were uneducated.

It's only going to get worse before it gets better, to bad we will not be around to see that day. However, I'd be worried if I found out a friend of mine or someone close was using hard drugs and would advise them too stop. It doesn't  hurt me and as long as it stays that way I don't have a reason to give what someone else does much thought. Which now that I think about it is a bad way of thinking.
