Rederalis is the third wild strain of marijuana.  The plants from different regions of the world have different qualities.  Ruderalis genetics give the plant different rules about when to flower, based on size rather than time of year.

This will make the plant flower earlier even in the wild.

I love how 5 people post when the OP asks a serious question and not one person can help the OP out.

You can divide the growth of marijuana into 3 stages, germinative, vegatative, and flowering.

Germinative is from when you add water till the first leaves appear, not very long

Vegetative is when the plant grows without budding.  This happens during the spring (longest days of the year)

Flowering is when the plant will start to produce flower, or buds.  this happens during fall (shorter days)

If you grow inside, you can give it light 20 hours a day during vegatative.  Once you switch it to 12 hours a day it will start budding.

If you grow outside it will follow the seasons UNLESS you get an auto-flowering strain.  These strains will flower once they're mature, and disregard the season/light times.

Hope this answers your questions.  Pm me if you have any other queries.

i think the op is talking about marijuana
considering the forum it is in

in which case, it depends on the strain, indoor/outdoor, etc

FUCKING GOOGLE IT.

What is the smallest flower in the world?

   Water-meal, or Wolffia globosa.

Water-meal is one of the duckweeds in the family Lemnaceae that contains some 38 species of the smallest and simplest flowering plants. The plant itself averages 1/42" long and 1/85" wide or about the size of one candy sprinkle. It can weigh about 1/190,000 of an ounce, equivalent to two grains of table salt. They are very hard to see! Imagine if you tried to fill a thimble with them, it is estimated that you would need some 5000 plants!

Each Wolffia flower consists of a single pistil and stamen; it also produces the world's smallest fruit, called a utricle. The plant is found in quiet freshwater lakes or marshes with species worldwide. Since the plants have no roots, they can easily float on the surface of the water, where they resemble cornmeal. Water-meal is sometimes used in cold-water aquaria since it is easy to propagate.
