A 20mg dose with a glass of wine makes me feel light headed, happy and relaxed. I have never taken it, i think my dad did. but i cant keep track of all the drugs hes done, either way, if you think it could help. just talk to your family doctor. they will decide if it would help you with whatever problem you are having. good luck.
