I'm not sure which one to do.
I'm going to the gym right now and I want to play basketball while I have a lot of energy.. yet I also want to lift.

After i usually play basketball.. the gym is so hot and I sweat so much that I get too tired to ever lift.

Yet if I lift and then play basketball my game and shot is really messed up and I'm too tired to run up and down the court for games.

What should I Do?

basketball because ur muscles change during lifting to where ur shot will be off....lift last but make it light bar movement
