If a 42yr old pitcher that has been pitching in the MLB since 1988 has his bicep unravel and rot in his pitching arm, his labrum torn, his bicep removed, and repairs a partial thickness undersurface tear of his rotator cuff. What would be the odds of a comeback? And would he be effective again?
