I have just recently learned about women's rowing and how even at division 1 schools you don't need to have any prior experience to play. I started playing basketball at a division 3 school but hate it and am thinking about transferring to a division 1 school and going out for rowing. Can anyone give me more information? or what to do to get in shape/practice etc.? Thanks!
