I hear that Akadema is beginning to make comparable gloves and this glove is specifically for outfielder use because you can easily put three fingers together instead of putting the pinky and ring fingers in one hole.

I say actually go to the store and try them both on.  If they don't carry them I guess that's a problem.  I always have to test my gloves out before I buy them.  Of course they won't feel good until they're broken in.

But they look the same.

1. The leather in every glove is different
2. The patterns are different
3. Finger configurations different
4. Webbing different
ect.

It's a glove. Who the hell cares?

For one, me.  Choosing a glove is a very important thing for a baseball player.  It's like choosing the right lacrosse stick or hockey stick.  It has to be right!
