I got an interview at La Senza tomorrow at 11:00 am and they told me to bring my references.

Usually people want 3 right? What if I don't have 3?! D:

And who do I put down? Is my old boss and a lady I baby sat for okay?

There are two different types of references: Personal and professional. Professional references are people that you have worked with, that can vouch for how good of a worker you are. Personal references are people that you know, that can vouch for how good of a person you are.

If you do not have enough (good) professional references, it should be fine to use personal references. A good friend's parent or a teacher may be a good reference.

Any neighbors?

yeaaaaaah, but they're just friends.. i didn't work with them.

Oh, because when I had to put references, they were people I knew, not my past employers.

Over here you only need 2 refrences usually. Maybe it's different for you guys.
I would say that it would be fine for you to use them as your references. :)
 Good luck tomorrow!

what if i use 2 diff baby sitters cause my old boss is an ass?

I would imagine that is fine aslong as they are 2 different people. As my references for my job now I used my old boss and an actual neighbour. So I should image that is more that adequate.
