GOOD GOOD GOOD
NOT SO GOOD GOOD GOOD
AAAAAGH I'm gonna choke. Wish me luck or I'm going to haunt all of you.
all you really need is a good aesthetic eye which im pretty sure u have ull do fine
Ugh, I thought that's all you need, until I went to my sister's shop and watched them work. There's set-ups you have to learn. The stems in a vase have to be put into a grid pattern because you have no foam to stick them in, and it allows for better drinking. There's 8 or so basic types of arrangements, like round, vertical, etc. There's a specific style of bow used for most arrangements.
Then, of course, it has to look good. And certain colours can't go together, even if they look good, particularly in seasonal arrangements.
erugh
You've got (practically) a job in floral arranging? That's pretty nifty. Good luck.
Good luck.
My sister is one of the top florists on Raleigh, so I'm trying to follow her. It's really fun, and, people are seriously hardcore about their flowers come wedding day and such.
And thank you. I'm excited about it, I just wish the place I was working at was an actual florist, rather than a floral counter in another store. But if I do good, I'll work, then leave for somewhere better.
I'm sure you'll do it just fine
I hope so. The lady isn't very overly-friendly. That is what makes me nervous.
I just picture her watching me work, looking down her nose over those rimless glasses of hers. "mhm. very good. oh, you're putting that there? okay then."
