So I start my phone CSR job today..My first three weeks are 4-midnight paid training in a class with other new people. I'm happy I get to start a new job with a bunch of others for once, but I don't really know what to expect.

Has anyone ever worked for a call center before? Im kinda curious how much there is to know, considering the three weeks of training :S

I don't understand what's so hard about learning to work at a call center.
