Your tummy gets a bit churned up during your period. I don't get it anymore, when my period is coming up I just stick to plain, easy to digest food, like rice, and only drink water, and I'm fine. As for when they become regular, I've had them two years and they've only just got into some kind of regular cycle. It takes longer for some girls.
