Make sure info is correct. I can have between 100-500 coupons to complete in a day depending on our marketing. Once coupons are completed I have amendments, this involves going through mail and either marking people as no mail, cos they want no further correspondence, gone away because they've moved or deceased. And such. I also have to put appointments on our system. Either through mail, or by telephone. We also call people who have failed to attend our exhibitions to see if they'd like us to visit their home instead. There's also what we call the Occupier List. We search for postcodes which have the occupier as occupier, try and find a matching name and edit so the records match. Then we block one contact card so they aren't technically duplicated on our system. A new task we've just received is putting in dialing codes for numbers that our phone search has failed to input. And I sit on the phone all day answering queries.
