i stared work today and my heels are aching! and i only worked 4 hours! ive worked more hours at other packing houses and my heels were in excrutiating pain. even when i dont work, if i stand for an hour or longer my heels ache so bad as if i was standing on rocks. all the pressure goes to my heels, ive tried those gel cushions, all of those plantar things u buy at stores and none help :'-[ my mom is way older than me and she doesent have the pain i do in my heels :-[

                    that may be true for some people but not for me. i know i have something wrong with my feet. ive worked at other packing houses for months and the pain got worse day by day to the point where my heels got so swollen and the doctor told me i should quit my job cuz my feet were getting really bad :-/ she suggested some expenssive stuff people wear for ppl who suffer from what i do, but they cost like 400 or more dollars!!

a little pain from a hard day's work never hurt anyone (until it did). you'll be a-ok.
