I like helping her out, and giving him someone to look up to, but I honestly think I deserve a payrise. I earn $2.50 below the minimum wage per hour. How do I ask her to pay me more, without sounding like an asshole? Is it as easy as saying, "Hey. Could you pay me the minimum wage at least?" I dunno. I don't want to be too straight forward as I know they struggle with finances etc.
