I have an idea for a site inspired by online colleges, blogtv, and live turnkey sex sites.  Basically, it would be a site where you can take lessons online live via web cam broadcasting.

Anyone can be a teacher and charge for any type of lessons they want, from yoga to guitar to acting.  You can join group lessons, scheduled in advance, by using 1 -3 credits bought earlier (like audible).  The teacher would get half the profit.  Members watching a live session can chat with the teacher, as well as go cam2cam with him/her or the entire class so that they can improve.  You can also request a one-on-one session (private), but you'll have to negotiate a price with a teacher.

Users can rate teachers and search for members, as well as request lessons on the forum.  Specific teachers will be featured on the main page like youtube.  A teacher can save his lessons and publish them on his page, as well as embed them on external sites.

I'm thinking this could be big, like HUGE if executed correctly.  Unfortunately, I don't have the cash nor php writing skills to develop this site on my own.  I may start recruiting if I get some volunteers.  This site is still in its conceptual stages, but I think I might be getting somewhere.

Interesting idea, but there's already something like that.  It's called youtube and it's free.  It's also called wikihow and that's free too.  Sorry...

You do realize that anyone with the skill just stole your idea, right?

Unfortunately, yes.
