I would love to have a forum in my website, but I don't want it to depend on a forum hosting website that MIGHT be deleted someday, or shut down. So, in a summary, how do I make a forum on an official website?

Do not use them if you want to sleep at night knowing your domain is safe. I recommend NearlyFreeSpeech.net. Probably the cheapest hosting on the Web, but also the best for a shared host, and you can buy your domain from them. I wouldn't start with a forum. Start with a website and even a few fansites. MySpace and Facebook is a couple good places to start with. Then I would purchase a domain name (godaddy.com is a good place to start finding one and cheap as well). Then just use a free (or simply cheap) web hosting site to create the contents of the site, to include updates, pictures, show dates, music previews (or free mp3s), videos, and a guestbook on it.
