I want to let someone host their own website on my site. But, I'm running an Apache server from my computer. How would this work? Do I need something like this???

I mean... Is it even possible to do?

There are several methods, you could do something as simple as a running a script that provides them with an admin interface.

It's not the easiest task to setup, but it's possible. Search google some more, I guarantee you will eventually find what you need to know.
