When I start up my computer..

it has a small message like this//

FATAL ERROR

we are very sorry, but an internal error occured.
Please re-install the product to fix the problem.

Error-Code: 1 / -3 / 10900

See Doc#5305

then I'll press okay and it's done..

I dont know this so maybe I need to make an action as soon as possible..

can someone teach me..

restart, hold F8, boot into safe mode, find System Restore in Control Panel, revert to earlier date, youre done

have you tried googling the error message? that usually helps me fix those types of problems.
