I currently have a Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.00GHz on my computer, which uses socket 478. I can get a 3.2GHz Intel P4 800MHz 1MB CPU for my computer, but would that be that much of a difference? It's sad, because IE, FF, or any kind of flash uses 99% of my CPU. Watching a Youtube video or visiting a flash website can be hell at times.   Someone please explain this to me. Should I be looking at the GHz or MHz? I just figured it was better because it's a 3.2GHz and mine is a 2.0.
