Replies Dylan6405 Posted at 5:20 pm on Oct. 14, 2008 I suggest acer. For 450 dollars you an get an acer tower comptuer with 4GB Ram, 320GB hard drive, Intel core 2 duo processor and vista ultimate. It also has 9 usb ports, but the on-board graphics are bad. So as long as you are not a gamer, this is for you! If you feel you're not that tech savvy, look at something from HP, Dell, Acer, etc. They usually have decent computers, for fairly low prices. Thats a no-no. To the OP: Dell and HP both have decent budget PCs. If it has Vista Home Premium, its probably fine (avoid Home Basic).
