I know this because we've been switching the batteries back and forth for the past two days (which cant be good, but I have no choice in the matter)  I'll be hooked up to my power cord and about every hour she'll come in with her dead battery to switch it off so I can charge the dead one and she can suck the juice out of the charged one. What's wrong?   My computer's even older than hers (almost 4 years) and if this is due to a virus or something I'm cutting her off!  At our dad's house she just got a new computer and her old one was only two years old.  Meanwhile I'm using a perfectly functioning one that's seven years old.
