| Have you tried a different AC adapter? If so, the ac port is fucked/something has come loose, and needs to be disassembled and repaired. |

The battery is not the problem! It is the computer itself that is not accepting the power cord. I know that batteries get weaker with age, mine used to last for three hours but now it can only go without power for like 45mins.
Just making sure you knew. You wouldn't believe the number of people that I've seen with similar problems and similar diagnoses of the problems.. lol |
