The frame rate isn't improving, at all. I deleted the drivers, installed new ones, reinstalled the new ones, reinstalled the new ones again. Disabled all programs at startup. Checked for viruses, deleted a few trojans, deleted all adware. No change. Getting 20-15fps in WoW, Should be around 70. Have cable internet so its not lag. Would reformatting my C drive help? I don't know what to do anymore, Private message me if you like.

Such as iMovie HD, etc. That's not true at all, you were supposed to delete the previous driver before you install the card in..did you try using device manager? If so, you should see if there is a patch or something along those lines that may help with this. Or, as others have said, you could be demanding too much out of the card and you may need too tone down the resolution and graphics settings. In-game settings as well. Good luck. Same- these can make a huge difference, as well as how many people are in the area of the game your currently in.
