Just got the new card, changed from my geforce 6200 128mb. The frame rate isn't improving, at all. I deleted the drivers, installed new ones, reinstalled the new ones, reinstalled the new ones again. Disabled all programs at startup. Checked for viruses, deleted a few trojans, deleted all adware. No change.
Getting 20-15fps in WoW, Should be around 70. Have cable internet so its not lag.
Would reformatting my C drive help? I don't know what to do anymore, Private message me if you like.
How many W's is your PSU?
No, it's just that ATI cards aren't the best for gaming. nVidia is best for gaming. ATI is good at non-game 3D programs, and things like video editing. Such as iMovie HD, etc.

Is there any known compatibility issues with this card and WoW? If so, you should see if there is a patch or something along those lines that may help with this.
Or, as others have said, you could be demanding too much out of the card and you may need too tone down the resolution and graphics settings. In-game settings as well.
Good luck.
What screen resolution are you running at, and what graphics settings do you have on?
