I play Counter Strike, and the game freezes up every time I play. To the point where I have to restart my computer. I ran this test that steam has, and it says that I need the newest drivers. I never had this problem before I formatted my hard drive. I've downloaded the Catalyst Control Center from ATI, but apparently that's not the newest or something.. Steam recommends version 8.282 of the catalyst control center, but the 9200 isn't supported.
Any help is much appreciated.

The 9200 is what, 5 years old now? You can still play without the drivers right? As long you have the latest one you should be fine.
