do you know a program that you can change the language of windows xp?

Windows XP...

Go into Control Panel, Date, Time, Language and Regional Options, Regional and Language options, and around the top, there's a drop box with like 50 different languages (note, some may need to be downloaded).

Edit: (forgot this part, lol) Then on the next tab, (input languages), change it to your desired language, yet, I still don't remember how to install and apply different languages, other than through installation of Windows.

It is integrated into the install. If you have the recovery disk, you can reinstall it in another language.
