You can do it manually...

My Computer
C drive
Documents and Settings
-your computer user name-
Cookies

Then delete everything except for the last one, "Index.DAT"

pst if you are looking at porn you shouldnt be using IE alot of porn sites have shit that you will download via IE like spyware and all that crap that creates pop ups ... go for firefox instead

download a program called crap cleaner. it will delete all cookies and any other crap you dont want. its a really good program

In IE7, Tools > Delete Browsing History > Delete Cookies... That help?

Select all except the index or whatever it is called and delete
