| mmm dosent passs power on self test if it dosent beep. or if it beeps lots. try just making sure that all the connections are in properly and all your cards are in properly and cables. |

| ya they might only have instore experience with name brand computers. i would never never never take my customer built pc to any type of repair shop. my dad even asked me to and i'm like no way. i can fix it myself. |

| I assume you have a video card on there to, right? Is it in the right spot, securely attached, etc. If its only a PCI card, it should be in the first PCI slot. If its PCI-E, but your board has on board video, boot without the card, then switch it to PCI-E video. NEVER take something you built to a company like that for repair. It probably has something wrong with it that they will have never experienced before, and they are going to charge you an arm and a leg, and they still wont figure it out. |

does it beep? like a few beeps. There are what are known as BIOS beep codes to let you know if something isnt working. |

| Well, you definitely can't call them now, it's too late. But depending on what time you brought it in, you might be able to ask them to give it back... who knows, the best bet is to just call them up and see what they can do. |
