My PC contains AMD Phenom   Asus M3A 4GB DDR2 Radeon HD3850 500GB HD Blu Ray Drive This computer doesnt boot, just starts up, do I call them? or do I go there and get it back? I wanna keep trying to fix it myself...

Is it in the right spot, securely attached, etc. If its only a PCI card, it should be in the first PCI slot. If its PCI-E, but your board has on board video, boot without the card, then switch it to PCI-E video. NEVER take something you built to a company like that for repair. Just Waiting Here Posted at 12:44 am on April 22, 2008 Well, you definitely can't call them now, it's too late.  But depending on what time you brought it in, you might be able to ask them to give it back... who knows, the best bet is to just call them up and see what they can do.
