| Reinstall windows without formatting. It's possible, I dunno why no one's suggested it yet. |

Good idea. Take it all apart and put it back together again! If thats what you meant no... Bad idea :P Wont do a thing... If you bent rebuild it by reinstalling then that would mean loosing everything on the HD. Not always the best solution 
I didnt mean take it all apart and put it back together again. Lmao. I ment wipe everything from your computer and start again. It might not always be the best solution, but can sometimes be the only one. You could always try going back to where you got your PC from...and ask them about it. |

Yeah, done all the F8 safe mode stuff and the other options available such as the VG thingy (can't remember what its called), last good system configuration, safe mode with command prompt. They all do the same thing, restarts. |
