I want to change the skin tone in a picture, but leave the rest of the colours alone. Can anyone tell me how to do it. I don't use photoshop often.

If your using a newer photoshop you can use a mask and select the area you want to change, you can also select it by the magic wand tool, and change the saturation.

It would depend on the picture I suppose.
