I posted this before, as 30 points

Now its 100. Put this on a white background with the text black. I don't want it to look shitty like when i Gimp'd it so make it good and first person get 100 pts

Livewire is rather stupid in that it won't let you upload PNG files so I can't give you the transparent image you asked for here. I have uploaded it to mediafire here:
http://www.mediafire.com/?jdmnndj4xdo. If you want a gif particularly then I can give you that, but you can't have that "glow" effect with a gif because of the way transparency works in gif palettes.
