Broadband is one thing, but what about Cable and Wireless? There are no usage restrictions on those, and no neither are broadband. You can make the sigs 488 x 48 pixels for people of a low rank, then bump it up to 488 x 60 pixels for upper ranks. That isn't a HUGE picture.
