| different dreamy effects can be obtained if u blurr more than 1 layer. copy the original layer and blue a few of them. then set each to a different blending mode, the results are pretty cool. |

| Good show. It also helps to increase your highlights with the blurred layer using Image> Levels... for an even more dreamy look. |

| Before you use the blur filter, make sure you select the layer you want blurred in your layers palette and then hide the other layer just to make sure you are working with the correct layer. By any chance, are you going for the special camera blur effect? |
