There was a car crash just opposite my house last night, i ran out and took photos with my 7.1 megapixel camera, but the files are too big 1.34MB's or so, i want to upload and show you guys, how do i reduce the size of it?

I suggest the following XP power-toy:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

It adds an option to the right-click menu for images.

What software do you have?
Photoshop? or MS paint?
If you have Photoshop
File >Save for web> and select jpeg>reduce the quality and save,
or ctrl+t and scale the pic while pressing Shift+Alt
If you have MS paint,
Press Ctrl+A > and Scale the pic, and save the Pic as Jpeg or some thing else.

Open it in photo aditing software. As stated above, you should have paint free with your copy of windows if nothing else. open them in paint and go Image>stretch/skew then resize the picture.

I don't know, and I don't really want to see a car crash, it's sad to see those.

no-one died, god was present that last night and certainly saved there lives.
