If you have Photoshop File >Save for web> and select jpeg>reduce the quality and save, or ctrl+t and scale the pic while pressing Shift+Alt If you have MS paint, Press Ctrl+A > and Scale the pic, and save the Pic as Jpeg or some thing else.   libertine Posted at 12:36 pm on Sep. 13, 2006 Open it in photo aditing software.
