Even so, they should be responsible for sending it away to the samsung company so. What they are doing is technically illegal, as you purchased it from them, so they should deal with samsung themselves over the phone |

| Did they say why? They usually cover these things unless they have reason to believe that you caused damage? That is as long as you bought it from them. If you got it from somewhere else you'll need to contact either the place you bought it from or the original manufacturer to try to get it fixed or replaced (usually free if it's not your fault and the phone is less than a year old). |
