Ok so i have a contract with Orange but my phone seems to be broken as it started turnin its self off also deleted all my pictures also picture messages and internet are not working also when i make a call or someone calls me i get no sound even though my volume is up loud. i took it bk to the orange shop i got it from and they said they would not look at it or try to fix it nor could i get a replacement or upgrade my phone- there for im payin for a phone that doesnt work.
sorry for the rant any one any suggestions

Even so, they should be responsible for sending it away to the samsung company so. What they are doing is technically illegal, as you purchased it from them, so they should deal with samsung themselves over the phone

Well they should really help you in this case, but try to contact Samsung directly for help.

Did they say why? They usually cover these things unless they have reason to believe that you caused damage? That is as long as you bought it from them.

If you got it from somewhere else you'll need to contact either the place you bought it from or the original manufacturer to try to get it fixed or replaced (usually free if it's not your fault and the phone is less than a year old).

By law you are entitled to have your phone replaced/repaired. When did you purchase it?
