Okay I just bought a virgin mobile phone and I'm a bit confused.

It says this is my plan:
Pay As You Go Plan with Roll Forward - OR - 20¢/min Basic Rate

— $20 Minute Pack (200 Anytime Minutes)
— $30 Minute Pack (400 Anytime Minutes)
— $50 Minute Pack (1000 Anytime Minutes)

Buy a Minute Pack after you Top-Up.
Packs expire 30 days from time of purchase. Unused minutes (up to 5000) roll forward when you Top-Up and buy another $20, $30 or $50 Minute Pack prior to 30th day.

I thought I was only paying 10 cents a minute because I bought a $20 top up card.. Am i or am I paying 20 cents a minute?

HELP PLEASE :)
