OK! I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND 90 DOLLARS ON XBOX WIRELESS!

Can i use a USB wireless adapter to plug in the front of my xbox to pick up my home wireless signal.

I'm under the impression from friends that unofficial ones can be made to work. I'll link if I find proof. Otherwise, try connecting your 360 to a nearby laptop or PC with internet connection sharing - it's not totally wireless, and for me seemed to be a bit laggier, but it beats a big wire down the stairs I suppose.

No, I think only the official 360 wireless adapter is compatible with the Xbox 360. If you don't want to spend the money the only other way you can connect it is to get a loooong ethernet cable.

i think so. i just went with an off-brand adapter. but wired should work.
