I'm not sure how its worked, because its only one piece? Isn't it like a walkie talkie? I need another part to hook into the computer and I need the other have to receive signal. I'm not really dumb when it comes to computers. But they're saying, no it should work. Its just this little blue square that has an antenna on it. And you plug this usb cord into your computer. I can't get it to work. Perhaps I've gotten the wrong drivers or I am correct that I need the other half. O.o Here is the information I have on it: LINKSYS 2.4 GHz   802.11b Instant Wireless Series TM Wireless USB Network Adapter If you message me I will give the serial and model number.

I have a computer tower, not a labtop. I thought maybe after I got it hooked up, it would connect online. I have internet connected with one computer and its through cable. But I was just trying the Wireless adapter to see if I could get it to connect. We don't have a router than hook more than one pc. There wasn't anything that connected to the router and or modem 3. You need to have a wireless access point that connects to your modem in order for you to be able to connect to the Internet. Do you have an access point?
