Ugh, my mom got that guy to install a program that cuts me off from internet at 12. It cuts it in increments, like it'll work, then break, work, then break.

Anyways, someone like to plz share how to stop it? I've checked the registry, the router page, security settings from the computer, dunno.

Worst comes to worst I run a sweeping restart of all firewalls and router, but I'd like an easier way considering 3 other people use this connection.

Points possibly involved for the one who fixes it...

There's a foolproof method! Just turn your computer's clock back. See if that works. If not, the program is checking the time from the internet. If that's the case, just go to your firewall and block all ports except for 80. If that doesn't work, the program is using the http port to download the time. You can get around that by blocking all ports including 80, but leave a random one open like 756. Then use a proxy over port 756.  If you can't block ports using your software firewall, use your router and forward the ports you want to block to an IP that doesn't exist.
