Ok, to piss of the Aussies here on LW that have low bandwidth caps, I need a program that can monitor all my upload/download traffic activity for 24 hours.

It can be the simplest program in the world, all I need is the amount of MB transferred in the monitored time limit.

Why? I've noticed the aussies here on LW bitch about exceeding their ISP's bandwidth limits. Personally, I don't have one.

My Usage:
1. Web Server constantly uploading
(I Give My URL to Friends On Xbox Live to DL Everything They Want, Without Rapidshit Limits)
---a. Hollywood DVDRips
---b. Game ISO's
---c. Apps, etc.
2. Constantly downloading more stuff to add to the collection
3. Xbox Live always uploading/downloading
4. General Surfing

So I just want to see how much traffic I do per day.

I'd make an estimate at around 15TB/month. That's about 500GB/day. Sadly, I'd say so :(

Anyone know of any freeware?!
