ISP is just a middle man. and can not store files its self. It is just in a since... A series of tubes that connects you. To servers all over the world, aka the Internet. Maybe they meant like, Uploading files to places like fileshack.com or other websites that allow you to upload files and store them or send links for friends to download the files you uploaded. espresso8097 Posted at 2:38 pm on Jan. 1, 2009 Some ISPs give their users some free webspace to use for personal reasons.  My parents have some with Comcast and host family photos on it and stuff like that. If your ISP has webspace you most likely have to sign in through their website.  Unless they have instructions for ftp services or something like that. That by uploading files to an ISP you could send those files to people within a certain area. I probably sound fucking ridiculous, but I'm just trying to figure out if someone's bullshitting me or if it's possible to do what they say they are going to.
