Ok. So. Taking a picture of what's on the screen... you hit "prt sc"
But nothing happens! It's not working and I'm confused.

If you are using a laptop you may be required to hold down the function button before you hit prnt scrn. It should be a blue lettered button near the bottom left of your keyboard with the letter(s) "F" or "Fn"
